What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, email, phone, property details and your message.
• Your onboarding checklist answers, which you can edit until your preview goes out.
• Payment records from Stripe, such as the amount and date. Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.
• A one-way hash of your IP address for a short time, to stop form spam. We do not keep raw IP addresses.

How we use it

To answer you, build and run your site, send the emails you would expect (receipts, your checklist link, your preview) and keep records for taxes and accounting. We do not sell your information or use it for ads.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our database. Stripe processes payments. Resend sends our email. When spam protection is on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Email hello@ownyourstays.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
