Get started
How it works

From deposit to bookings, without a single screen share.

You fill in one private checklist at your own pace. We design, build and test, then send you a preview. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Get started

Pay the $500 deposit online, or request info first. Either way you hear back from Jordan, not a sales team.

Fill in your checklist

One private page: photos, calendar links, prices, rules and the look you want. It saves as you go. No calls or screen sharing.

Review your preview

You get a private link to click through on your phone. Ask for any changes before anything goes live.

Launch

Approve it, pay the balance, and bookings switch on. Your owner app is ready the same day.

The onboarding checklist

Everything we need, on one page.

This is the exact list you get after the deposit. Each part tells you where to find what we ask for. Answers save as you go.

1. You and your business

2 min

Who we build for and where updates go.

  • Your name
  • Business or LLC name (if the rental is in one)
  • Best email
  • Mobile number
  • Best way to reach you
  • Anyone else who should get build updates (name and email)

2. Your rental

10 min

The facts guests check before they book.

  • Property name
  • Street address
  • Sleeps (max guests)
  • Pets
  • Top things guests love

3. Airbnb, Vrbo and calendars

5 min

Calendar links keep your site, Airbnb and Vrbo from double booking.

  • Airbnb listing page
  • Airbnb calendar link (ends in .ics)
  • Vrbo listing page
  • Vrbo calendar link
  • Any other places you take bookings
  • Your Airbnb rating and review count, if you want them on the site
How to find it
  1. Airbnb calendar link: in Airbnb go to Calendar and pick the listing. Select Availability, then under Connect calendars choose Connect to another website and copy the Airbnb calendar link.
  2. Vrbo calendar link: in your Vrbo dashboard open the property's Calendar, click Import & Export, then Export Calendar, then Copy URL.
  3. Paste each link below. These links only share busy and open dates, never guest details.

4. Photos and logo

5 min

Photos sell the stay. Originals look best on a big screen.

  • Photo folder link
  • Logo
  • Logo file link (if you have one)
  • Drone or walkthrough video link
How to find it
  1. Put your best 30 to 60 photos in one Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud folder. Your photographer's originals are ideal.
  2. Set the folder's sharing to "anyone with the link can view" and paste the link below.

5. Look and feel

5 min

So your site looks like your place, not a template.

  • Which describes your rental?
  • Three words guests use about your place
  • Colors you like (or "match my photos")
  • Two or three websites you like, and why
  • Anything you do not want

6. Prices, rules and policies

10 min

Your booking engine charges exactly what you set here.

  • Typical weeknight rate
  • Minimum nights
  • Lodging taxes you collect
  • Cancellation policy
  • House rules

7. Payments (Stripe)

15 min

Guests pay you directly. We never hold your money.

  • Where are you with Stripe?
  • Email on your Stripe account
  • Business name on your Stripe account
How to find it
  1. Create a free Stripe account at stripe.com in your name or your LLC, and add the bank account payouts should go to.
  2. Stripe will ask you to verify your identity. That part is between you and Stripe.
  3. Never email us passwords or API keys. When your site is ready we send a secure link to connect Stripe to it.

8. Your web address

5 min

Your own .com is what guests remember and Google ranks.

  • Do you have a domain?
  • Domain name
  • Where it is registered
  • I sent the GoDaddy delegate invite to hello@ownyourstays.com
  • Do you use email on this domain today?
How to find it
  1. Own a domain already? Tell us where. If it is at GoDaddy: open GoDaddy's Delegate Access page, select Invite to Access, enter Jordan Wilson and hello@ownyourstays.com, choose the Domains Only access level, then select Invite. No passwords change hands.
  2. Somewhere else? We email you two nameserver values to paste in. It takes about two minutes.
  3. No domain yet? Pick "Help me choose" and we send you a short list that is available. You buy it in your own name.

9. Owner app and crew

5 min

Everyone who runs the rental gets their own login.

  • Who uses the owner app? Name and email for each
  • Crew (optional now): name, what they do, phone
How to find it
  1. The owner app installs from your phone's browser. iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: Install app. No app store needed.
  2. Your cleaners, pest control, firewood and handyman go in the Crew tab, where one tap texts them the days the rental is empty.

10. Guest guide (optional)

10 min, optional

Your guide link answers the questions guests text you about.

  • Email guests should reply to
  • Number guests can text
  • Your current guidebook link (Touch Stay, Hostfully, PDF)
  • How guests get in
  • Your favorite local spots

11. Anything else (optional)

2 min, optional

Deadlines, ideas, questions.

  • Date you would like to be live by
  • Anything else we should know
  • How did you hear about us?
Your part

What only you can do

  • Open a Stripe accountIn your name or your LLC, so guest payments land in your bank. Stripe verifies you directly.
  • Own the domainKeep the one you have or buy one in your name. We get access as a delegate, never your password.
  • Copy two calendar linksFrom Airbnb and Vrbo. The checklist shows the exact menus.
  • Approve the previewClick through it on your phone and tell us what to change.
Our part

Everything else

  • Design and copyBuilt around your photos and the look you picked. Your description rewritten for your site.
  • Booking engine and syncPrices, rules, taxes, the rental agreement and Airbnb and Vrbo calendar sync, all tested.
  • Owner app setupLogins for everyone on your list, your crew loaded in, and a quick how-to.
  • Launch and hostingWe switch the domain over, keep your email working and host the site at no monthly cost.
